Every new patient begins with an Initial Consultation + Acupuncture — a 90-minute appointment that includes a full intake, a diagnostic conversation and your first treatment. This is where we get to know your body and build your care plan together. To get started, simply book the Initial Consultation.

### Returning patient?
Welcome back. Book a Follow-Up Acupuncture session or your preferred treatment below — we look forward to seeing you again.

What happens after you book
## Once your appointment is confirmed *you'll receive:*

- An email confirmation with your appointment details and location.
- An intake form to complete before your visit. Please complete this at least 24 hours in advance — it allows us to use your time in the treatment room, not at a clipboard.
- A reminder 48 hours before your appointment.
Everything else — we'll take care of when you arrive.

Preparing for your visit
## Come as you are. *We'll handle the rest.*

- Eat a light meal or snack about two hours before your appointment — not too full, not too empty. Do not arrive fasted.
- Stay well hydrated throughout the day.
- Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing that allows access to your lower legs and arms.
- Avoid caffeine in the two hours before your visit.
- Give yourself a few extra minutes to arrive unhurried — so the session can begin with you already at ease.
- Come as you are. There is no wrong way to show up. We'll handle the rest.

Cancellation policy We ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand that life in New York City is unpredictable — if something urgent comes up, please reach out directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Package sessions are non-refundable.
